Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage master planning, design, and development processes for retail and mixed-use projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, financial analysis, and market assessments to identify investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, finance, legal, and project management to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
- Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and progress reports to senior management and the Board.
- Manage the concept, schematic, and detailed design stages while ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee approvals and permitting with statutory authorities and relevant government entities.
- Support project launches in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Drive project completion with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance with corporate policies.
- Mentor project teams and promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
