Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Sales Assistant Manager to support our sales operations in the electrical products and solutions sector. The ideal candidate will assist the Sales Manager in driving sales performance, building client relationships, managing sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


This role requires strong knowledge of electrical products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the electrical or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical products (switchgear, cables, transformers, lighting, etc.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
  • Location: Manama, Bahrain
  • Languages- English, Malayalam and Hindi
