Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site & Interface Analysis

  • Build a factual, ground‑level understanding of how site execution and coordination actually take place.

  • Observe site operations, customer interfaces, consultant interactions, and decision workflows.

2. Risk Identification & Early Warning

  • Track recurring friction points, information gaps, people dependencies, and decision bottlenecks.

  • Surface early-risk indicators to the CEO before issues escalate.

  • Maintain a structured Execution Risk & Integration Register.

3. System & Governance Improvements

  • Analyze escalation cycles, interface failures, and coordination gaps across teams.

  • Translate tribal/undocumented knowledge into structured systems, playbooks, and processes.

  • Strengthen project governance without taking over execution ownership.

4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Attend key internal and external meetings as an observer and analyst.

  • Work closely with:

    • VP – Project Operations

    • General Managers

    • Customer / Site Teams

  • Provide fact‑based insights that enhance system reliability and inter‑team integration.

  • Strong analytical and systems‑thinking abilities

  • Calm, structured, high‑integrity working style

  • Experience working across complex, multi‑stakeholder project environments

  • Ability to challenge assumptions with data and facts

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and escalation clarity

  • Comfortable operating without formal authority

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial) or related discipline

  • Minimum 8–12 years experience in construction, façade, EPC, modular, or project operations

  • Experience in project governance, risk management, interface coordination, or cross‑functional roles

  • Exposure to system documentation, process improvement, or operational excellence is an advantage
