Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of fan marketing strategies and campaigns for EWC and ENC across global markets.

  • Lead strong project management across multiple workstreams, ensuring all campaigns, creative deliverables, and fan engagement initiatives stay on track - managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment from start to finish.

  • Manage campaign timelines, creative briefs, and production processes to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. =

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and unified messaging.

  • Contribute to ideation and execution of fan engagement activations, digital campaigns, and community-led initiatives.

  • Collaborate with external creative agencies, production vendors, and platform partners to execute global marketing deliverables.

  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights to optimize fan engagement strategies.

  • Support the creation and distribution of digital content that drives excitement and awareness among fans and players.

  • Manage day-to-day communication and updates between regional teams and the central Fan Marketing function.

  • Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all fan-facing channels and assets.

  • Support the Senior Manager in coordinating key global moments, ensuring fan marketing efforts are synchronized across EWC and ENC timelines.

  • Stay updated on gaming and esports trends to bring new ideas that resonate with global audiences.

  • Contribute to the development of fan personas and audience segmentation to guide targeted marketing approaches.

  • Ensure campaigns reflect EWC and ENC s values, creative standards, and strategic objectives.

Education and Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, fan engagement, or digital campaigns, preferably within gaming, esports, or youth entertainment industries.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience managing campaign execution, creative development, or community engagement projects.

  • Strong understanding of gaming culture, social media platforms, and esports audiences.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across teams and markets.

  • Strong communication skills and creative mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environment.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Experience working on global campaigns with multiple regions and markets.

  • Familiarity with fan engagement tools, audience analytics, and social listening platforms.

  • Passion for gaming, esports, and fan communities.

  • Prior experience of working in KSA.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Purpose: As Manager Fan Marketing, you will manage the planning and execution of global fan marketing campaigns for the Esports World Cup (EWC) and Esports Nations Cup (ENC). You will help connect with gaming audiences around the world by driving creative fan engagement initiatives, digital storytelling, and community activations. Working closely with the Global Fan Marketing team and other cross-functional partners, you will deliver campaigns that inspire fandom, build brand love, and grow engagement across all EWC and ENC platforms.
