Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Lead, train, and inspire the guest experience team to deliver exceptional, personalized service for private access guests.
Curate and oversee all aspects of the guest journey, from pre-arrival arrangements to post-departure follow-up, tailored to the cultural expectations of each region.
Collaborate with butlers, coordinators, F&B, Spa, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless and memorable guest experiences.
Develop and implement guest experience standards, protocols, and training programs tailored to the needs and preferences of guests.
Monitor guest feedback, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Handle VIP guest relations, resolve escalated issues, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
Support the planning and execution of exclusive events, experiences, and cultural programs.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, service logs, and operational reports.
Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a guest experience or VIP services leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering luxury guest experiences for guests.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to the needs of international guests.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Multilingual abilities (Russian, Chinese, and English preferred) are an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
