Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Russian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Investigate and address customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Offer product information and technical assistance, empowering customers to make informed decisions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain detailed customer records, documenting interactions and updating information in the CRM system.
• Proactively identify and address customer needs, exceeding expectations and fostering loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Native Russian speaker with fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
