Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of comprehensive implementation plans that align with overall project objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against established KPIs, preparing regular reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation phase, facilitating resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Support project management activities, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and scheduling.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions based on project outcomes.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and reviews to align project goals and updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 9-12 years of experience in project management or implementation roles, preferably within large-scale development or infrastructure projects.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
