RESPONSABILITIES Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving business goals and enhancing client experience. Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all touchpoints. Monitor performance indicators, analyze results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional teams (Retail, Merchandising, Communication, HR, Finance, etc.) to align strategies and share best practices. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure project and business success. Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape to anticipate client needs and support innovation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSMaster s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in a managerial position, ideally within the luxury or premium sector.Proven leadership and people management skills, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.Strategic mindset combined with operational agility.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Strong passion for the luxury world, craftsmanship, and innovation.
