Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder-related issues/matters, concerns, and inquiries throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Conceptualises/designs effective implementation of Stakeholder Management framework(s) and the strategies.

Manages and directs client, consultants, contractors and the project team on on all relevant stakeholder management service matters.

Accountable for the preparation of contract documents, bonds, warranties, licences, etc., to promote formal execution by relevant parties.

Develop and implement stakeholder management strategies and plans that support project objectives and mitigate risks.

Manage operations that are fiscally and ethically viable, influencing the achievement of the objectives that align with business and legislative compliance obligations.

Manage and oversee all authority submission, including but not limited to permits.

Manage costing associated with changes to design, contract awards, construction activities, etc., and present them to client.

Manage Cost Consultants to identify and execute opportunities that improve cost management procedures, templates to enhance services provided to stakeholders.

Provide leadership to Managers and others to ensure excellence in delivery against plans, championing a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities.

Ensures all activities/operations are carried out in line with client requirements and prevailing decrees/regulations, policies and legislations.

Actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practices, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Galfar, its expertise and capabilities.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including client, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, engaging in effective stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and relationship building.

Work with the Project Manager to recognise actions, opportunities and mitigate risks and issues.

Collaborate and work closely with internal teams, such as project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective coordination and communication.

Provide comprehensive advice to the Project team in the administration of relevant stakeholder & communications standards, processes and tools, including managing risks, issues and reporting to achieve key objectives and the escalation of performance and management issues.

Facilitate and support periodic reporting and structured governance and performance meetings.

Conduct regular stakeholder analysis to identify potential risks, conflicts, and opportunities that may impact project success.

Conduct stakeholder engagement activities, such as meetings, workshops, and presentations, to foster collaboration and gather feedback.

Monitor and evaluate stakeholder satisfaction, conducting post-project assessments and identifying areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends/norms, updates, and regulatory requirements related to stakeholder management in the region.

Develop Innovative Partnership Models: Initiate partnership models that integrate technology and cross-sector collaboration, aimed at amplifying social impact.
