Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Manager Key Accounts in the fitness industry, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business relationships with major clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary goal is to manage high-profile accounts, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth by aligning client needs with our fitness solutions. You must have a keen understanding of the fitness market, be skilled in negotiation and communication, and possess the ability to foresee and mitigate risks. By leveraging your expertise, you will help position our company as a leader in the fitness sector, while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction and service delivery. You will collaborate with various internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services and products to existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to key accounts.
- Prepare and conduct regular review meetings with clients to discuss their goals and progress.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and ensure mutual satisfaction and agreement.
- Analyze client usage and feedback to provide actionable insights for service improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of fitness industry trends and client needs.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and track account progress effectively.
- Develop strategic account plans to align company services with client objectives.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract and retain major clients.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends and challenges.
- Ensure client issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily to maintain trust and loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Understanding of fitness market dynamics and client needs is highly advantageous.
