Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals and client expectations
- Develop project plans, backlogs, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate meetings, particularly project meetings, ensure project governance.
- Develop and manage projects budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively
- Ensures, and oversees project documentation is up to date
- Ensure project management best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as primary point of contact for key clients, through transparent communication and proactive risk management
- To evaluate employees performance and manage their careers in a productive way, in line with the company s objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in computer engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a project or program management role.
- Proven track record in leading cross functional and multiple stakeholder projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce).
- Fluency in English and preferably French
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to define and solve complex problems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Experience IT field, or CRMs and cloud platforms
- Ability to travel when required
