Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities Will Include:
- Evaluate investment and acquisition opportunities through detailed financial modelling.
- Lead due diligence, valuation, and transaction structuring processes.
- Coordinate with banks and advisors for project financing and capital raising.
- Assess financial feasibility and funding structures for new ventures.
- Prepare investment memos and recommendations for management and board.
- Manage relationships with lenders, advisors, and legal counsel.
- Support post-acquisition integration and performance tracking.
- Monitor the performance of funded projects and associated cash flows.
- Ensure compliance with financing covenants and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to align forecasts with funding needs.
- Develop financial models for long-term capital structure planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred.
Professional qualifications such as CFA, CTP, CA, or CPA advantageous.
10+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or project financing.
Strong understanding of deal structuring, valuation, and due diligence.
Excellent financial modelling and negotiation skills.
