Roles & Responsibilities
To support the Bank s Nationalisation efforts for the GCC countries under the government mandates. To support partnering with the local, regional and global leadership team to manage the Nationalisation action plan and provide consultation to optimise people, structure, process and culture with the goal of achieving business results.To support in developing and leading the bank s national retention strategy.To support the design, implementation and management of the graduates development programmes across the different regions and ensure development opportunities are created and managed across the board.Maintain strong relationships with all Government departments such as the Central Banks, MOHRE, NAFIS, EIF, etc.NationalisationTo support the Nationalisation strategy and manage the process through internal and external initiatives To represent the bank in all forums. To proactively participate in hiring process and support the graduates assessment centres.Manage the ACE programme pre and post start of programme.Manage all logistics in regards to training and scheduling of the training courses. Manage and support booking exam slots in the respective GH s calendars.Manage room bookings, catering, IT logistics for ACE.Point of contact for ACE graduates in regards to attendance and logistical and technical concernsSupport the nationalisation value proposition through creating & maintaining strong relationship with local and international universities in the region, run career & induction centres to fresh graduates, To keep in touch with the UAE National workforce and provide support to the PICG Advisory team and line managers with retention, engagement, development and succession plans.To be the Point of Contact for all GCC Nationals and provide support to the PICG Advisory team and line managers with retention, engagement and development of the NationalsSupport Head of Nationalisation & Local Talent and PICG Advisory team to develop alternative and new recruitment channels.To actively participate and contribute to any organisation wide People initiatives Ensure that Nationalisation is embedded proactively in the PICG and business mandate.To manage and participate in all leading Career Fairs across the region as well as ensure a strong presence in all national academic institutions.Work with the marketing team to develop a nationalisation campaign promoting the bank s internal and external investments in local talentTo Manage and execute the Global Internship ProgrammeSupport in delivery of the career professional programmes such as Internship and Accelerated Learning Programmes to support the engagement and empowerment of local Talent.To manage and execute the Global Youth CouncilNetwork with relevant Government authorities and stay up to date with Government regulations and ensure these are communicated within the business where relevantSupport preparing annual plan for placing UAE student trainees on a project basis within the business and induct, orient and introduce the students to their projects, monitor their progress during the placement, and coordinate with their respective colleges to provide feedback to the faculty.Provide guidance to employees to grow and develop, to produce quality work, and ensure that they have the opportunity to develop for career advancement.Maintain the Emiratisation points system records and ensure proper reporting to the management.Maintain records of all reporting and execute dashboards to share with PICG Advisory Team and BusinessEnsure accurate and complete system records of nationals regarding the targets, job details, learning, and growth.To support People Advisory Team with National grievances and ER casesManage and handle relationship with Marketing on Nationalisation related content, material, campaigns and brandingGraduate with 5+ years of experience preferably in HR. Experience and skills in evaluation of candidates to assess job and profile fit. Excellent Communication skills in Arabic & EnglishFriendly, yet firm personality that can represent the bank at the highest levels in UAE.Ability to build relationships and negotiate with key government officials.Leadership and organizing skills.
