Roles & Responsibilities

Your mission
As Manager Of Applications Development, you will lead a team of software developers in Tunisia and internationally. You will be responsible for the technical quality of the solutions delivered, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
This role combines leadership, technical expertise and project management, in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
 Your responsibilities

Supervise internal, contractual and outsourced teams

Supervise development projects: design, coding, testing, production

Define project scopes, resources, and timelines

Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with technical standards

Manage customer relationships and interactions with internal departments

Participate in HR decisions: recruitment, integration, evaluation, development

Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions

Job requirements
Desired profile

Bac+5 in computer science, engineering or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing development teams

Minimum 7 years of experience in the full software development lifecycle

Proven experience in managing international teams

Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum)

Technical expertise in ERP, CRM, payroll, Oracle, web, and open source technologies

Excellent communication, leadership and stress management skills

Customer relationship experience
