Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You are responsible.

  • Manage internal, contract and outsourced teams

  • Supervise development projects: design, coding, testing, production

  • Define project scopes, resources and deadlines

  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with technical standards

  • Manage customer relationships and interactions with internal departments

  • Participate in HR decisions: recruitment, integration, evaluation, development

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions

Search profile

  • Bac+5 in computer science, engineering or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing development teams

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the full software development cycle

  • Proven experience in international team management

  • Agile (Scrum) methodology mastery

  • Technical expertise in ERP, CRM, payroll, Oracle, Web and open source technologies

  • Excellent communication, leadership and stress management skills

  • Customer relations experience
