Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Contribute to end-to-end product development of international partner activations (concept delivery)
-
Act as an interface for international partners on activation planning and execution
-
Translate complex global partnership agreements into clear activation plans and experiences
-
Ensure all activations meet international brand standards and partner expectations
-
Work closely with the Commercial & Games teams to translate partner commitments into physical activations and branded experiences.

Collaborate closely with Commercial/Partnerships teams to align on rights, deliverables, and KPIs
-
Design scalable and premium activation formats suitable for global brands
-
Contribute to integration of activations within the festival master plan, ensuring consistency and quality
-
Coordinate with Product, Site Planning, and Experience teams to optimize fan journeys
-
Work with Production and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution on-site
-
Co-Manage external agencies and international vendors delivering activation builds
-
contribute to and align with timelines, budgets, and delivery plans across multiple global partners
-
In collaboration with Senior Manager handle high-complexity stakeholder environments, including senior external stakeholders
-
Define and track activation performance (engagement, brand exposure, partner ROI)
-
Identify opportunities to elevate partner value and innovate activation formats year-on-year

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legal requirements, and event policies
Education and Experience
-
Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-
6+ years of experience in event product, experiential marketing, or global sponsorship activations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-
Strong experience working with international brands or global partners
-
Proven track record of delivering high-profile, large-scale event activations
-
Experience in international sports, esports, or major global events strongly preferred
-
Strong understanding of sponsorship rights, branding requirements, and commercial deliverables
-
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including senior/global stakeholders
-
Experience managing multiple partners simultaneously in complex environments
-
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and execution excellence
-
Experience managing agencies, production partners, and international vendors
-
Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
-
Interest in gaming/esports and fan engagement is a strong plus.
-
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
-
Prior professional experience working in KSA.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in event product, experiential marketing, or global sponsorship activations

You will act along with Senior Manager as a point of contact for global partners - including international sponsors, publishers, and strategic partners - ensuring their seamless integration into the festival environment./p> You will contribute to the end-to-end development of partner activations, translating global partner objectives into premium, innovative, and scalable fan experiences. Working closely with internal teams and international stakeholders, you will ensure all activations meet global brand standards, contractual obligations, and deliver measurable commercial and experiential impact within the overall festival master plan./p>
