Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of all local partner activations within the EWC & ENC festivals.

  • Manage relationships with Saudi-based sponsors, private companies, and community partners participating in the festival.

  • Manage partner onboarding, briefing, and coordination through all stages - from design and setup to live operations and dismantling along with the Senior Manager

  • Ensure all partner activations align with the festival s creative direction, brand identity, and operational guidelines.

  • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure activations meet layout, permitting, and compliance requirements.

  • Co-Supervise external vendors, contractors, and production agencies responsible for building and delivering activation spaces.

  • Manage the festival s local partner activation schedule, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Fan Engagement teams to maximize visibility and fan participation in local partner activities.

  • Align on reporting frameworks to evaluate partner satisfaction, performance, and ROI after the festival.

  • Where directed, monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial alignment across activation projects.

  • Prepare partner decks, status updates, and event recaps for senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Maintain strong relationships with municipal and community organizations to encourage local engagement and participation.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience managing brand activations and sponsorship projects from concept to delivery.

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent understanding of large-scale event planning and partner integration.

  • Experience collaborating with creative, commercial, and operational teams.

  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously under tight timelines.

  • Solid budgeting, tracking, and reporting capabilities.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to represent EWC with professionalism.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

  • Prior professional experience working in KSA.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in event management, sponsorship activation, or stakeholder relations within entertainment, sports, or large-scale public events.
