Roles & Responsibilities

About the job:
As a Sales Manager in Almosafer you will be responsible of managing B2B sales & marketing activities towards supply and demand, in accordance with the marketing plan.

Responsibilities:

Execute activities to ensure successful participation Almosafer Activities in relevant events

Manage all marketing content for Almosafer Activities including online and offline content

Continuously develop recommendations and implement initiatives that improve Almosafer Activities presentations and cultural diversity

Work closely with sourcing and operations teams to ensure the roll out of new product extensions and ranges

Ensure agent revenue growth with the company s market share in line with the agreed business objectives of agreed KPIs

Acquire new agents, and negotiate contracts, modules and products to ensure best product value & maximum benefit are achieved by the signed partners

Monitor the API integration process with stakeholders to ensure that solutions and services are applied to meet requirements

Perform account management & communication activities to ensure commercial objectives are fully understood and targets are met and exceeded with clients

Produce effective short & long term business plan (sales/ marketing) with an objective of increasing revenue as well as productivity

Ensure company / business growth on short as well as on long term basis

Increase the number of B2B clients (users) domestic and world-wide

Promote the company services world-wide by using all marketing and promotions means

Be able to manage the existing sales force as well as enlarge the team in response to market needs & changelings

Keep an eye on analyzing the market needs and draw the right conclusions in order to be used in any future development

Profile requirements:

Bachelor/ Master s degree in related major

Excellent comprehension skills, leadership, decision making, presentation & c ommunication skills, both verbal & written

5+ years of experience in a travel marketing/hospitality environment (mandatory)

Ability to deal with uncertainties and a fast-changing business environment

Knowledgeable in the geography, culture, history and traditions of Saudi Arabia

Fluent oral and written communications skills in English (Arabic is a +)

Knowledge and understanding of global source countries cultures, nuances and travel requirements

Microsoft office proficient, CRM system experience preferred salesforce, familiar with social media & web analytics
