About the ClientOur client, a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Manager Sanctions Advisory to join their Compliance team. The role focuses on providing expert guidance on sanctions compliance, managing complex cases, and ensuring robust adherence to regulatory requirements across all business activities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sanctions advisory team, providing guidance on complex and escalated cases.Review sanctions screening cases and advise on policy application across multiple jurisdictions.Oversee sanctions screening processes and systems to ensure effective detection and risk mitigation.Prepare accurate reporting for senior management and regulatory bodies in a timely manner.Implement training programs and maintain regulatory updates to strengthen compliance practices.
Key RequirementsBachelor s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field; Master s or professional compliance qualification preferred.Minimum 5 years experience in sanctions compliance, regulatory advisory, or AML/CTF within banking or financial services.Proven experience managing teams and providing guidance on complex compliance matters.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with regulatory interpretation experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including liaising with regulators.
