Roles & Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will experience a wide range of projects - helping clients with business transformation challenges such as: Harnessing the power of new technologies / digital transformation - e.g. transforming how an organization operates to utilize new technologies, augmented intelligence, AI / machine learning and automation. Analyzing and defining the workforce needed for the future - e.g. using people analytics to understand current workforce trends and future workforce requirements at pace. Increasing customer-centricity - e.g. designing an organization centered around the needs of the customer and their experience. Increasing agility and adaptability - e.g. creating an agile mindset amongst teams, helping organizations and to remove barriers, silos, and bureaucracy. Transforming the workplace - e.g. transforming the work environment and way of working, including increasing collaboration and flexible working.
As a Manager and/or Senior Manager, you will be responsible for...
- Leading the delivery of projects, potentially working across several clients in the Middle East and, if required, supporting overseas engagements
- Supporting business development activities, working with Senior Managers and Directors to develop proposals for practice-related opportunities
- Recognizing opportunities for Sia Partners to expand their offering to existing clients
- Building and maintaining your own external professional peer networks
- Contributing to thought leadership, working on blogs and the development of Sia Partners 'assets' including methodology and tools
- Supporting marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners across social networks
- Facilitating own learning and specialist subject matter knowledge whilst supporting Associate Managers and below to further develop their knowledge and consulting skills within the practice
- Working closely with other teams within Sia Partners to share information
- Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues' performance and development
- Developing your specific service expertise
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in management consulting with increasing managerial and responsibility roles. Candidates must possess knowledge of strategy development and implementation, process reengineering, business analysis, organization turn-around, and market regulation. Candidate must have entrepreneurial spirit, and team spirit, be results-driven and dynamic. A Master's Degree is preferred. Project management skills: ability to manage a team, meticulous organization, independent work, and judicious regular updates to management. Develop and Execute Strategies: Formulate and implement business development strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance our business network. Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must. Willing to relocate to Dubai or Abu Dhabi depending on the project. UAE nationals are encouraged to apply.
