Manager - Solution and Integration Architect ROSHN

The Manager Solution / Integration Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering solution-level architectures for Roshn s IT initiatives, with a particular focus on application integration, cloud adoption, and enterprise solution design. This role bridges project delivery and enterprise strategy, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise architecture standards and KSA regulatory frameworks.

• Collaboration & teamwork: Works effectively with Enterprise Architects, project teams, and external vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Delivery focus: Balances compliance with governance standards while ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within scope.

Solution Architecture

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for major initiatives including but not limited to Sales/CX, Finance, Treasury, Project Design and Development.
• Lead integration architecture, ensuring APIs, middleware, and data exchanges are scalable, secure, and compliant.
• Work closely with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with Roshn s enterprise architecture and domain blueprints.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs that can be implemented effectively by delivery teams and vendors.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure all solutions adhere to Roshn s architectural standards, patterns, and integration frameworks.
• Support compliance with KSA cybersecurity and data regulations (e.g., NCA ECC, PDPL, SDAIA).
• Contribute solution documentation to support governance reviews (e.g., Architecture Review Board).

Collaboration & Delivery

• Engage with project managers, business analysts, and vendors to ensure feasibility and quality of solution delivery.
• Provide technical leadership during RFP/RFI evaluations and vendor solution assessments.
• Support knowledge transfer and handover to IT operations once solutions are delivered.
