Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the planning. Organizing, leading and supervision of the aviation maintenance training department.

2. Identify training needs, best methods, and develop materials needed to support professional development and company performance.

3. Develop training program capable of producing well trained UAE nationals in support of maintenance support activity.

4. Advise and assist company/directorate leadership, when requested, on companywide training matters.

5. Work with line manager/customer to identify and meet training needs.

6. Analyze training deficiencies and develop corrective actions accordingly.

7. Develop relationships to enhance working environment with (Learning & Development, Sections, and Customer).

8. Direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of training department staff.

9. Establish training procedures, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against Key Performance Indicators KPI.

10. Continuously reviews and evaluate existing and proposed training programs.

11. Implement training programs ensuring that all training requirements are satisfied, training is scheduled as applicable (daily, weekly etc.).

12. To monitor and report quarterly on the outcomes on the training program and progress.
