Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the Supplier and Vendor Management vendor performance framework, including processes and tools, based on defined KPIs for assigned categories
  • Analyze vendor performance data, contractual compliance, and identify gaps, risks, and value leakage
  • Support the creation, publication, and ongoing management of vendor scorecards and performance reports
  • Ensure sourcing teams, business stakeholders, and vendors understand vendor performance management processes and associated obligations
  • Drive adherence to vendor performance management policies, procedures, and governance requirements
  • Coordinate governance forums with business stakeholders and vendors to review performance, risks, and improvement actions
  • Monitor upcoming contract renewals and support performance-driven renewal decisions
  • Track, analyze, and report vendor performance metrics across the assigned portfolio
  • Support remediation plans, corrective actions, and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Execute supplier segmentation activities in coordination with the sourcing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align vendor performance outcomes with business strategy

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contracting, supplier relationship management, or vendor performance management within a complex, multi-vendor environment
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, and supplier performance management
  • Ability to conduct contract analysis, including review of commercial and legal terms
  • Experience evaluating commercial risk, defining KPIs, measuring performance, and assessing vendor maturity
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix-driven, performance-oriented organization and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Hands-on management style with the ability to actively support projects and third-party operations
  • Strong change management mindset with a track record of driving adoption and delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • English required, Arabic language skills considered an advantage
