Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Designing role-based curriculum architectures with clear pathways, levels, and competency alignment

  • Building and governing certification ecosystems (internal + global) with strong assessment integrity

  • Owning the full certification lifecycle—from eligibility and assessment to recertification and progression

  • Establishing content governance, QA, and version control for consistency at scale

  • Driving learning operations excellence through SLA/OLA frameworks and structured service delivery

  • Leveraging data and insights to improve time-to-certify, learning impact, and portfolio decisions

  • Positioning certification as a strategic product line and revenue driver

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years in L&D / capability / academy operations with certification governance and scalable programme delivery.

  • Proven ownership of internal certification design and delivery using blended journeys and rigorous exams.

  • Hands-on track record in content analysis, version control, assessment governance, and vendor management.

  • Curriculum architecture, instructional design standards, pathway design

  • Assessment design & governance, exam operations, integrity controls

  • Governance operating model, audit readiness, policy/protocol management

  • Partner/vendor governance and commercial discipline
