Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare a variety of traditional mantu and fermoza pastries, ensuring consistent quality and authentic flavors.
- Masterfully shape and fill dough with precision, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict hygiene protocols and food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Holds a culinary certificate or diploma, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrates prior experience in a similar role within a bakery or restaurant setting, preferably a minimum of 1 year.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of traditional pastry techniques, with a focus on mantu and fermoza preparation.
