Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Master the art of crafting diverse pizza styles, from classic Margherita to innovative gourmet creations, ensuring each pizza is a culinary masterpiece.
• Expertly prepare and manage pizza dough, from mixing to proofing, ensuring optimal texture and flavor for every pie.
• Skillfully manage and organize the pizza station, maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-stocked workspace during peak hours.
• Precisely measure and apply toppings, balancing flavors and ensuring a visually appealing presentation for each pizza.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
• Formal culinary training or completion of a culinary program is a plus.
• Possession of a Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent certification is required.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential.
