Manual QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user stories and requirements to design detailed test cases and scenarios, and perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, usability, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate system workflows, UI behavior, backend interactions, and data accuracy across multi-module and multi-system environments.
• Identify, document, and track defects clearly using defect-tracking and test management tools, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
• Conduct manual API testing using Postman, validating headers, payloads, authentication, status codes, backend logic, and integration flows.
• Create or maintain automated test scripts using Katalon Studio (Web & API), convert repetitive manual cases into automation, execute regression suites, and optionally support CI/CD integration.
• Prepare structured test cases, execution reports, defect logs, and maintain clear documentation of test procedures and scenarios.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with developers and product teams, and support UAT cycles by assisting business users during acceptance testing.
