Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and execute integrated marketing strategies for real estate projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use).
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, print, and OOH advertising.
- Manage project launches, industry events, and real estate exhibitions.
- Maintain brand identity, positioning, and messaging consistency across all channels.
- Lead media relations and issue official communications (press releases, public statements, announcements).
- Oversee content creation for corporate platforms, project materials, and investor communication.
- Manage SEO/SEM, paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), email marketing, and lead funnels.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Corporate Communication, or Mass Communication
- 5+ years in marketing and communications, ideally in real estate, development, or investment-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
- Proven track record in branding, digital campaigns, and media relations.
