Marketing Associate

As Marketing Associate - MEA, you will support the execution of SITA s communications and storytelling strategy across the Middle East & Africa region, translating strategic narratives into high-quality, credible, and impactful communications outputs.

You will be accountable for shaping and delivering compelling B2B stories that strengthen SITA s reputation, visibility, and thought leadership across media, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing - MEA, you will be part of the MEA Marketing team, responsible for driving brand consistency, external visibility, and commercial storytelling aligned with SITA s global strategy and regional business priorities.

This role combines content excellence, media and agency coordination, and operational marketing support, making it critical to the day-to-day effectiveness of the regional marketing function.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Translate SITA s global and regional strategy into compelling storytelling across press releases, op-eds, customer success stories, executive messaging, and internal communications.
• Research, write, and edit high-quality B2B content in English, French, and Arabic.
• Support media relations activities, including drafting press materials, coordinating interviews, and managing content calendars.
• Act as a key point of contact for SITA s external PR agencies, supporting briefings, content development, review cycles, and performance tracking.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of customer success stories and case studies in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Managers, Sales, and Account teams.
• Support and own internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency of messaging across the region.
• Provide operational and administrative support, including processing purchase orders and vendor coordination.
• Support Regional Marketing Managers with events, campaigns, and tactical marketing activities, including logistics, content, and follow-up.
• Ensure all communications adhere to the SITA brand, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines.
• Monitor media coverage, compile reports, and support the generation of insights for continuous improvement.
