Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Creating and executing a strong marketing strategy & execution plan for our game publishing in various marketing channels, including social media, community, KOLs, performance marketing, and offline events

  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all marketing channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and media channels
  • Evaluate and recommend marketing and partnership plans by identifying a potential opportunity and executing the approved plans
  • Working closely with designers and video editors to produce creative content for any marketing use

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum a Master's degree from a reputable university

  • At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in developing end-to-end marketing plans and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to design high-impact marketing campaigns that drive user engagement and measurable results
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, ensuring accuracy and quality across all marketing deliverables
  • Driven and passionate individual, capable of leading marketing initiatives and achieving targets with minimal supervision
  • Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into effective execution
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic, French, and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Passionate about games, with good knowledge of the gaming industry as a strong advantage
