Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This role focuses on generating qualified commercial inquiries, strengthening relationships with architects and developers, and supporting project acquisition through structured digital and outreach strategies.

This is not a pure content role. The position requires performance-driven execution and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Digital Campaigns

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search campaigns targeting commercial and specification-related keywords

  • Monitor and reduce cost per qualified lead

  • Implement conversion tracking and performance reporting

  • Manage Instagram strategy for both brands (content planning, publishing, performance tracking)

  • Support LinkedIn positioning and outreach targeting architects, developers, and consultants

  1. Commercial & Business Development Support

  • Build and maintain a database of architects, developers, consultants, and contractors

  • Support direct outreach campaigns and showroom visits

  • Assist in preparing case studies, project highlights, and marketing materials for presentations

  • Track inquiries and support follow-up coordination with the sales team

  1. Content & Authority Positioning

  • Develop case-study-driven and technical authority content

  • Highlight manufacturing capabilities, ISO standards, and supply & apply advantages

  • Coordinate site photography and project documentation

  • Maintain consistent English and Arabic messaging across platforms

Performance KPIs

  • Qualified commercial leads generated per month

  • Cost per lead (CPL) performance

  • Number of B2B meetings supported or initiated

  • Growth of architect/developer contact database

  • Contribution to project pipeline visibility


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within construction, materials, or B2B industries

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Understanding of conversion tracking and performance metrics

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Commercial mindset with ability to support revenue growth

  • Fluent in English (Arabic preferred)

Preferred Profile

  • Experience working with architects, developers, or contractors

  • Comfortable presenting and engaging with professional stakeholders

  • Self-driven and results-oriented

  • Able to manage multiple projects independently
