Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.

  • Promote company services including air freight, sea freight, road transport, and logistics solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.

  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.

  • Valid driving licence is mandatory.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Additional experience in transport and warehousing services will be an advantage.
