Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing strategy planning and execution
- Setup campaigns and monitor performance, generating regular reports
- Manage logistics for events and organize corporate trips
- Source and manage point-of-sale (POS) marketing materials
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly communications primarily via WhatsApp
- Manage digital content and optimize its visibility and utilization
- Coordinate branding projects for dealers
- Handle supplier contribution sign-off processes
- Respond to ad hoc marketing requests efficiently
- Coordinate event activations
- Oversee partner content creation and manage its distribution
Desired Candidate Profile
- UAE National (mandatory)
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in event planning and vendor coordination
- Budget tracking and reporting capabilities
- Familiarity with digital content management and campaign analytics
- Experience in sourcing and managing branding and POS materials
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
