Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main missions
The Marketing & Digital Manager manages the hotel's communication, image and digital performance strategy, in order to strengthen its reputation, maximize direct sales and optimize visibility across all online and offline channels.
1. Strategy & Planning
Define and monitor annual marketing, communication and e-commerce revenue objectives (direct and indirect channels).
Actively participate in the Marketing Plan , the annual budget and the overall digital plan , in alignment with the brand strategy.
Identify digital growth levers (SEO, SEM, campaigns, partnerships, influence, etc.).
2. Communication & Brand Image
Ensure the consistency of the hotel's image across all media: website, social media, brochures, campaigns and internal communications.
Oversee the creation of content (texts, visuals, videos, newsletters) linked to the values and the universe of the hotel.
Manage media and influencer relations , write press releases and organize events or strategic partnerships.
Implement internal communication actions (newsletters, posters, briefings) to mobilize teams around projects.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance
Develop and implement an integrated digital strategy (SEO, email campaigns, content, paid advertising).
Ensure brand consistency across all digital media and coordinate marketing actions for rooms, catering and MICE .
Drive online reputation and collaborate with Guest Relations teams to improve the guest experience.
Analyze performance (traffic, conversions, ROI) and produce regular reports on the results of the campaigns and levers activated.
4. E-commerce & Sales Channel Management
Manage and optimize the hotel's presence on OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) in collaboration with Revenue Management.
Improve visibility and conversion via integrated advertising tools (sponsored ads, packages, boosters).
Supervise the website (ALL.com / Brand.com / independent site): content, design, SEO, user experience and updates (promotions, events, offers).
5. Social Networks & Partnerships
Develop and execute the social media strategy : content creation, community management, awareness campaigns and collaborations with influencers.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with agencies, brands or designers to strengthen the hotel's image and visibility.
6. Data & Analysis
Measure and interpret performance data (Google Analytics, CRM, OTA dashboards).
Identify market trends and growth opportunities through competitive intelligence and business intelligence tools.
Qualifications
Education : Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Digital or equivalent.
Experience : 3 to 5 years minimum in a similar position, ideally in high-end or luxury hotels.
Key skills :
Excellent command of French and English (written and oral).
Solid digital culture: SEO, SEM, CRM, Social Media, Emailing, e-commerce.
Excellent writing skills and creative sense.
Proficiency in graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign) and CMS.
Strong aptitude for project management, events and team coordination.
Good understanding of the hotel market and OTA platforms.
