Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own the annual and quarterly marketing strategy aligned with business targets and launch calendars
  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, and creative direction across all channels and touchpoints
  • Own go-to-market planning for new projects including segmentation, value proposition, pricing input, and launch execution
  • Drive performance marketing, media mix, funnel optimization, and analytics to improve CPL, CAC, and ROI
  • Lead demand generation through events, activations, roadshows, and premium launches with measurable outcomes
  • Oversee content, creative production, agencies, and sales collateral delivery
  • Partner with Sales on CRM, lead management, automation, and conversion optimization
  • Own marketing budget, governance, agency performance, and compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 10 15+ years of experience in marketing within real estate development, including 5+ years in a senior or director-level role
  • Proven track record launching and scaling large residential or mixed-use projects from pre-launch to handover
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, media buying, and analytics (CPL, CAC, ROAS)
  • Strong brand strategy and creative leadership with a portfolio of major launches or events
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and funnel optimization
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agencies with full budget ownership
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus
