Marketing Director

Client of The Global Search Company

Reporting into the executive team, the Marketing Director will lead the end-to-end marketing function, shaping strategy across brand, digital, CRM, and retail activation. The role requires a strong understanding of the retail customer journey, with a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

You will work closely with Trading, E-commerce, Retail Operations, and Buying teams to ensure marketing activity directly supports footfall, conversion, and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a retail-focused marketing strategy aligned with commercial and trading objectives

• Lead brand positioning, seasonal campaigns, and product launches across stores and digital channels

• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through CRM and data-led marketing

• Oversee digital performance marketing, social, content, and paid media

• Partner with Retail and E-commerce teams to optimise footfall, conversion, and omnichannel performance

• Lead, develop, and inspire the marketing team and manage agency relationships

• Own marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI measurement
