Job Description:


We are a leading company in the fields of luxury hospitality and real estate development, managing two of Lebanon s most prestigious projects: a landmark destination attracting both local and international visitors, and a private club serving an exclusive clientele. We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and oversee all marketing initiatives, strategic communications, and brand presence for both properties.

This position is a standalone role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). It requires autonomy, leadership, and the ability to plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies while coordinating with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

Develop and lead comprehensive marketing and communication strategies across both projects.

Create and manage the annual marketing plan and budget aligned with company goals.

Define key marketing objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and report on performance regularly to senior management.

2. Brand & Content Management

Ensure consistency of brand identity across all internal and external communications.

Lead content development including messaging, visual branding, and storytelling across platforms.

Review and approve all promotional materials, print content, and campaign visuals.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage all digital marketing initiatives including website, newsletters, and social media presence.

Oversee collaboration with the external social media agency and progressively internalize content creation.

Track digital KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

4. Event Promotion & PR

Support the planning and promotion of internal and external events for both projects.

Coordinate media coverage, draft press releases, and handle communication with press and PR agencies.

Represent the brand during public relations opportunities and hospitality functions.

5. External Relations & Partnerships

Maintain communication with international reciprocal partners and handle all marketing collaborations.

Manage relationships with external vendors, including agencies, designers, and media partners.

Ensure contracts, deliverables, and expectations are met with all third-party partners.

6. Cross-Department Coordination

Collaborate with departments including operations, guest services, and membership to align communication strategies.

Provide support and consultation on marketing aspects of departmental projects and initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master s degree is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management or strategic communications role, preferably in hospitality, luxury services, or corporate branding.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).

Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, CMS, social media, and data analysis platforms.

Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, manage vendors, and deliver results independently.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail when dealing with executive-level partners or VIP clientele.
