Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager with expertise in both online and offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will lead the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns, manage CRM and customer data, analyze campaign performance, and ensure brand consistency across platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, data-driven thinking, and strong leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategy & Campaign Execution:


Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that combine digital, retail, PR, and event marketing.

Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, collection launches, and retail activations in alignment with the brand s identity.

Work closely with the creative team on storytelling, visual content, and campaign concepts.


2. Digital & Social Media Marketing:


Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, Google Ads), influencer partnerships, and paid campaigns.

Monitor performance and engagement; optimize content and targeting based on analytics.

Ensure digital presence reflects brand luxury, tone, and values across all touchpoints.


3. Offline & Retail Marketing:


Manage in-store marketing, window displays, printed collateral, events, and collaborations.

Coordinate with retail teams to align promotions and activations with store traffic and sales goals.

Supervise PR agencies and press communications when needed.


4. CRM & Customer Journey Management:


Oversee CRM platforms and databases, ensuring segmentation, email campaigns, and loyalty initiatives are effectively executed.

Analyze customer behavior to refine targeting, retention, and reactivation strategies.

Collaborate with sales and e-commerce to enhance customer journey and personalization.


5. Reporting & Budget Management:


Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports, insights, and recommendations.

Monitor ROI and allocate budgets across channels based on performance and strategic goals.

Maintain alignment with company objectives and overall business performance.


6. Team Leadership & Coordination:


Manage and mentor a team of marketers and content creators.

Coordinate cross-functionally with production, sales, design, and executive teams.

Foster an innovative and collaborative marketing environment.


Requirements:


Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 7 10 years of experience in a senior marketing role (luxury or retail sector is a plus)

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo or similar)

Proven experience in managing successful brand and product campaigns across multiple channels

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
