Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

TForce is seeking a dynamic and analytical Marketing Executive to support our marketing and sales operations. This hybrid role focuses on telemarketing outreach, lead generation, and marketing data analytics to enhance campaign performance and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Telemarketing & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote TForce’s digital solutions (SAP, SD-WAN, Cloud, and IT Services).

  • Introduce service offerings and qualify leads based on business needs.

  • Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure high engagement.

CRM & Reporting

  • Record and update leads in the CRM with complete accuracy.

  • Track daily call performance, leads, and conversions.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports for management review.

Marketing & Analytics

  • Analyze campaign and marketing data to identify trends and performance gaps.

  • Suggest improvements to optimize outreach, lead quality, and conversion rates.

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaign outcomes, events, and lead flow.

Success Metrics

  • Number of qualified leads generated and follow-ups completed.

  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.

  • Timely submission of performance reports.

  • Improvement in lead conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or marketing analytics.

  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and basic data analysis.

  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance analytical and interpersonal tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote environment.
