Roles & Responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will work closely with Aventus leadership, our external marketing agency and internal teams to support the execution of Aventus overall marketing and branding strategy.You will play an active role in content creation, social media management, marketing coordination, website improvement initiatives and event support, while gaining direct exposure to marketing performance analysis and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Work alongside Aventus external marketing agency to support social media planning and execution
  • Assist in managing social media calendars across LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Support content creation including posts, captions, graphics, short-form content and campaign ideas
  • Take ownership and accountability for maintaining and growing the Aventus Instagram presence
  • Assist with scheduling and publishing content across multiple platforms
  • Monitor engagement, impressions, reach and performance metrics

Marketing Strategy & Performance

  • Participate in monthly marketing performance review meetings (MPRs) with the external agency
  • Assist in analysing & assessing:
  • Social media engagement
  • Impressions and reach
  • Audience growth
  • Conversion performance
  • Campaign effectiveness
  • Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility, engagement and overall marketing performance
  • Provide strategic input into Aventus wider branding and marketing direction

Website & Digital Marketing

  • Work with Aventus in-house developer on website improvements, updates and maintenance
  • Assist with SEO strategy and execution to improve online visibility and search performance
  • Support website content updates and optimisation projects
  • Help identify opportunities to improve user experience and digital presence

Events & Brand Support

  • Support internal and external events from a marketing and branding perspective
  • Assist with content capture at networking events, office events and client functions
  • Help update and improve marketing collateral including:
  • Presentations
  • Pitch decks
  • One-pagers
  • Brochures
  • Templates

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For

  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, social media and digital content
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in social media trends, content creation and personal branding
  • Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and digital marketing platforms
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred (But Not Essential)

  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite or similar design tools
  • Experience creating social media content
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website management
  • Marketing, Media, Communications or Business-related studies
