Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
Marketing Execution & Coordination
- Execute approved marketing campaigns across retail, digital, social media, and brand channels.
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, supporting campaigns from planning through execution.
- Liaise with internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely rollouts.
Retail Marketing & Activations
- Manage in-store marketing execution, including POSM, VM coordination, and seasonal campaigns.
- Support store openings, pop-ups, and brand activations, providing hands-on, on-ground support.
- Ensure all retail executions align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Digital & Social Media Support
- Coordinate with digital and social media teams on content rollouts and campaign execution.
- Support content calendars, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
- Ensure alignment between digital initiatives and in-store marketing activities.
Brand & Content Coordination
- Coordinate the production and adaptation of marketing assets, including visuals, copy, and retail materials.
- Work closely with creative teams and suppliers to ensure assets are market ready.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Agency & Supplier Coordination
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and suppliers for campaign execution and deliverables.
- Support budget tracking, quotations, invoicing, and documentation.
- Follow up on timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
Reporting & Market Feedback
- Support campaign reporting and presentations.
- Share market insights, competitor activity, and retail feedback with the marketing team.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Exposure to retail marketing, digital, social media, and brand activations.
Experience working in or supporting the KSA market is an advantage.
Strong execution, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
Clear communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic reporting tools.
