Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market share growth for FMCG/Retail products.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various marketing channels.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience within the FMCG or Retail industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and consumer behavior analysis.
