Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead PSI’s marketing operations. The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, manage a high-performing team, and enhance brand visibility across the region. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English to effectively engage with our diverse client base and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with PSI’s business objectives.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns (online, print, radio, etc.).
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate leads and support conversion efforts.
• Track and report on campaign performance, using analytics to optimize marketing ROI.
• Build relationships with media, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Organize and manage events, property launches, and exhibitions.
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
