Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the hotel's marketing and communication strategy in order to strengthen the establishment's reputation, brand image and luxury positioning.
He or she develops and implements innovative marketing actions to increase the hotel's visibility, support commercial objectives and generate revenue, while ensuring compliance with Sofitel brand standards.
Main tasks:
- to develop and deploy the hotel's annual marketing plan.
- Develop communication strategies aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
- To ensure compliance with the visual identity and standards of luxury hotels.
- Oversee the management of the hotel's social media and digital content.
- Establish the editorial calendar and digital marketing campaigns.
- Organize and supervise photo shoots, videos and content production.
- Develop relationships with the press, media, influencers and strategic partners.
- Design and coordinate marketing activations.
- Promote the hotel's various points of sale (accommodation, catering, spa, events, etc.).
- Collaborating with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to support revenue generation.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and establish regular reports.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal return on investment.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and identify market trends.
- To participate in the continuous improvement of the customer experience and the luxury image of the establishment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- Minimum Bac +4 / Bac +5 in Marketing, Communication, Commerce or Hospitality.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Desired experience in luxury hotels or within an international brand.
- Good knowledge of the standards and world of luxury.
- Mastery of digital marketing and social networks.
- Good command of content creation and marketing analysis tools.
- Excellent action and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of hospitality and lifestyle trends.
- Creativity and a sense of innovation.
- Leadership and team spirit.
- Sense of organization and prioritization.
- Results orientation.
- Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
