Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Industry familiarity: 5 years in cosmetics , beauty , or personal care marketing is often preferred.
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Brand management: Proven success in launching or managing cosmetic product lines.
  • Consumer insig ht: Deep understanding of target demographics, especially beauty trends and behavior.
  • Campaign leadership: Experience leading multi-channel campaigns (digital, retail, influencer, etc.).
  • Regulatory awareness: Familiarity with cosmetic advertising standards and product claims compliance.

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools
  • Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Klaviyo
