You will own the brand strategy and marketing execution for a high-profile FMCG portfolio leading integrated campaigns across digital, events, and brand activations while managing a cross-functional marketing team.

What We're Looking For:

13+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong FMCG background

Proven track record in brand management, campaign strategy, and market positioning

Deep expertise in digital marketing performance campaigns, social media, content strategy, and analytics

Hands-on experience planning and executing large-scale events and brand activations

Strong command of integrated marketing communications online and offline

Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams

Excellent stakeholder management and agency relationship skills

Based in or willing to relocate to Cairo, Egypt

What Makes You Stand Out:

Experience with Egypt and/or broader MENA consumer marketsbr>

A strong portfolio of campaigns that drove measurable brand and commercial impact

Experience managing media buying, ATL/BTL activations, and influencer programmes

Fluency in Arabic and English
