Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who combines both strategic leadership and hands-on execution skills. This is a pivotal role: you will directly report to the Founder & Managing Director and have the mandate to shape the marketing direction, allocate budgets, and execute brand development campaigns as well as across B2B and B2C channels etc.

You will be the driver behind building PESITRO’s visibility, credibility, and desirability among dental clinics, pharmacies, retail, and e-commerce platforms. In the beginning, you will be the sole marketing leader, with the opportunity to later build and manage your own team as the business scales, designer will be working together with you.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement PESITRO’s marketing strategy for the Gulf market, aligned with the company’s growth vision.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns: digital ads, social media, influencer/KOL partnerships, events, and trade shows.
• Design and execute B2B marketing programs targeted at dental clinics and pharmacies.
• Build consumer engagement through content, community, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
• Represent PESITRO at exhibitions and professional events, driving brand authority in the dental care sector.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to continuously refine strategy.
