Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with the company's vision, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, utilizing analytics to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches, maximizing engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create compelling content for diverse marketing materials, from social media posts to blog articles, that captivates and informs the audience.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using metrics to inform future strategies and budget allocation.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media to enhance brand reach and reputation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new tools and techniques into the marketing strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for advanced strategic oversight.
  • Certification in digital marketing or related fields, such as Google Ads or HubSpot, is highly desirable for technical proficiency.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments, particularly in tech, healthcare, or consumer goods sectors, to ensure relevant expertise.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is Manadtory
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends, enabling informed decision-making and strategic direction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions that stand out.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a strong ability to navigate change and embrace new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
