Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing function, driving integrated and performance-focused strategies that deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a commercially driven and analytical professional who can optimize ROI, leverage data insights, and enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand positioning across the UAE/GCC markets.

The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives, while continuously improving campaign effectiveness and digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets

  • Define short- and long-term marketing roadmaps across digital and offline channels

  • Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and positioning strategies within the UAE/GCC

  • Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

  • Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives


Performance Marketing & ROI Optimization

  • Own and drive performance marketing across paid media channels (Google Ads, social media, display, etc.)

  • Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA)

  • Establish clear performance benchmarks for all campaigns

  • Implement A/B testing strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives

  • Track and report marketing spend efficiency and attribution models


Digital Marketing & Channel Management

  • Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website performance

  • Lead SEO strategy including keyword optimization, technical audits, and content alignment

  • Ensure consistent growth in organic traffic, engagement, and conversion rates

  • Manage social media presence, content calendars, and platform-specific strategies

  • Drive innovation in digital channels, tools, and marketing technologies


Data Analytics & Insights

  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, dashboards) to track performance and generate insights

  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business and marketing improvements

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards for senior management

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies

  • Utilize data to refine targeting, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness


Brand Management & Positioning

  • Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints

  • Strengthen brand visibility and positioning within the mobility and car rental sector

  • Oversee campaign creatives, messaging frameworks, and communication strategies

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align branding with operational and commercial goals


Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners

  • Evaluate agency performance and ensure delivery against agreed objectives

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to creative and media partners


Leadership & Governance

  • Lead and mentor marketing team members

  • Establish marketing processes, governance frameworks, and best practices

  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing function

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory)

  • 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience within the UAE or GCC

  • Proven experience in mobility, automotive, or marketing agency environments (mandatory)

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable ROI and successful marketing campaigns

  • Advanced expertise in performance marketing, ROI analysis, and campaign optimization

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies

  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM platforms)

  • Experience with marketing automation and campaign management tools

  • Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and attribution models

  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable business and marketing insights


Portfolio Requirement (include in the CV)

Candidates must provide a ready portfolio showcasing:

  • Performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI outcomes

  • Digital marketing initiatives (SEO, social media, paid media, etc.)

  • Case studies demonstrating strategy, execution, and results
