Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager drives brand awareness and guest engagement through creative and data-driven campaigns. This role is crucial during the pre-opening phase to establish the hotel s brand identity in the market and build excitement ahead of launch.
What you ll do...
Pre-Opening Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive pre-opening marketing and PR campaigns to generate buzz and awareness.
Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to design brand collateral, signage, and digital content.
Build relationships with media, influencers, and local partners for effective launch promotions.
Establish digital platforms and social media presence consistent with Ennismore s brand guidelines.
Operational Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with Ennismore s vision and lifestyle concept.
Lead brand positioning efforts to differentiate the hotel in a competitive market.
Manage ongoing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Organize promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to boost brand visibility.
Manage the marketing budget and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development within the marketing department.
Encourage a culture of innovation and data-driven decision making.
Brand & Culture Contribution:
Ensure all marketing activities authentically reflect Ennismore s brand ethos and values.
Act as a brand ambassador, building a strong emotional connection with target audiences.
Collaborate across departments to uphold a consistent brand message and guest experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
What we re looking for
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality marketing, ideally including pre-opening projects.
Strong strategic thinking with proven brand positioning skills.
Excellent networking, communication, and project management abilities.
Proficient with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building brand loyalty.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
