Roles & Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager drives brand awareness and guest engagement through creative and data-driven campaigns. This role is crucial during the pre-opening phase to establish the hotel s brand identity in the market and build excitement ahead of launch.

What you ll do...

Pre-Opening Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive pre-opening marketing and PR campaigns to generate buzz and awareness.

  • Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to design brand collateral, signage, and digital content.

  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and local partners for effective launch promotions.

  • Establish digital platforms and social media presence consistent with Ennismore s brand guidelines.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with Ennismore s vision and lifestyle concept.

  • Lead brand positioning efforts to differentiate the hotel in a competitive market.

  • Manage ongoing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

  • Organize promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to boost brand visibility.

  • Manage the marketing budget and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.

  • Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development within the marketing department.

  • Encourage a culture of innovation and data-driven decision making.

Brand & Culture Contribution:

  • Ensure all marketing activities authentically reflect Ennismore s brand ethos and values.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, building a strong emotional connection with target audiences.

  • Collaborate across departments to uphold a consistent brand message and guest experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

What we re looking for 

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality marketing, ideally including pre-opening projects.

  • Strong strategic thinking with proven brand positioning skills.

  • Excellent networking, communication, and project management abilities.

  • Proficient with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building brand loyalty.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
